The course enables students to extend their historical knowledge and skills that supplement and complement those developed in the compulsory course.<br><br>Possible topics include:<br>\u2022 Migration Experiences<br>\u2022 Modern Social Movements.<br><br><strong>Assessment<\/strong><br><br>Student performance will be determined according to the subject\u2019s Achievement Standards as outlined in the framework of the Australian Curriculum. Grades from A to E will be used for reporting purposes.<br>Assessment types include research assignments, essays, multi-modal presentations, oral presentations, articles, audio and\/or video presentations, websites and excursion reports.
