It is also suitable for students with part-time employment or full-time sporting.<br><br><strong>Course Description<\/strong><br><br>This subject enables students to develop knowledge and understanding of the nature, type, and structure of the workplace, including local, national, and global workplaces in a flexible delivery model. Students can undertake learning in the workplace and reflect on and evaluate their experiences in relation to their capabilities, interests, and aspirations.<br><br>It consists of the following five topics:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Topic 1: Work in Australian Society<\/li><li>Topic 2: The Changing Nature of Work<\/li><li>Topic 3: Industrial Relations<\/li><li>Topic 4: Finding Employment<\/li><li>Topic 5: Negotiated.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Assessment<\/strong><br><br>Students\u2019 performance will be determined according to the subject\u2019s Performance Standards, as outlined by the SACE Board.
