Student learning is focused in two main areas: Personal, Social and Community Health, and Movement and Physical Activity.<br><br>Learning topics covered in Year 9 include, but are not limited to the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minor Games and Game Design<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adolescent Health<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Competitive vs Social Competition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Confidence, Resilience and Empowerment 3-week course (Additional cost associated)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>Assessment<\/strong><br><br>Year 9 Students are assessed according to the HPE Achievement Standards outlined in the Australian Curriculum, with A-E Grades used for reporting.
